MAN HISTORY

 

MAN was formed in May 2007 by Mr. Gerald H. Scott Jr. His employer Mr. Melvin McGowen principal of Eisenhower 9th Grade School and Dr. Ira Van Hilliard, Pastor of New Light Christian Center Church charged men to become mentors to other young men in the community. In June 2008 Mr. Scott founded MAN’s Leading Ladies Division.

 

Mr. Scott accredits MAN’s success to God for giving him a vision and placing him under the leadership of great visionaries in his work place and spiritual life.  He also accredits his success to his supportive wife, his parents, and the valuable relationship he has formed with parents, community leaders, volunteers, and local businesses.
